Returns

All LP Support® products are made with quality materials to the highest standards. Customer satisfaction is something which we guarantee. For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase from LP Support® online you may return your items within 30 days. Return with your order number and the details of item/items you wish to return and why. Items which have been damaged through misuse or abuse cannot be returned. Items returned within their original packaging undamaged and unused will be issued with a refund via the original method of payment.

Package your LP Support® items must be returned in their original packaging ensuring security. When returning items to us it is suggested to use a traceable or tracking service with insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive here safely and securely. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

When we receive your returned goods at LP Support® head office and your returned item(s) have been verified correct and in original condition we will issue the refund for the price of the item(s) to the original payment method. Completed within 30 days of receipt.
